Under construction. Tried to check in, no one present. A small table in the hall was the "office", but no one was there. Construction was going on, loud noise. Cancelled and went across the street.
Not as advertised! The hotel and rooms look WAY better online than in person. No elevator to get to the 2nd floor. Stained dingy carpets. Broken, tattered and worn furniture. Very depressing, drab and dark decor in the rooms. We had a hair dryer in our room but it was apparently only for looks because it was broken and didn’t work. Bed was very stiff and pillows felt old, very uncomfortable night of sleep. Had we not been charged for our rooms right at check-in we would have left and went to a different hotel.
