I stayed at this Super 8 in athabasca 2025 August 8 and the customer service was extremely disappointing. From check-in to check-out, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful.
Customer served so bad they can't speak the language and so rude my boss booked reservation for 1 days and they canceled the rooms because I knocked the front desk still they charged him full rooms regardless. I said sorry and I tried to discuss it with them agin and again but they threatened to kick me out I end up slept in the truck. Our company will go elsewhere from now on
The oriental lady at the Front desk at night is very rude, disrecpectfull and was unable to understand her, Overall a terriable tone. rooms were dirty and not worth the price. Would not stay again
Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and nice. Salt water pool is lovely. The entire property is exceptionally clean. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Beds were comfortable. All in all a great stay.
