Rooms need a lot of work. Corners were dusty, cobwebs, someone else had signed into tv and we couldn't get channels. We had requested a king-size bed, they gave us a queen size then they wanted us to move the next day. Floor was questionable. We ended up switching due to TV, new room did not have drawers, no nightstands, half painted here and there, at least tv was bigger.....Lakisha (I know I'm spelling her name wrong, I'm sorry) was superb. She went above and beyond to help. Hotel needs a lot of work for the price.
Rudest clerk I have encountered in a while. We reserved this hotel months in advance just to drive 5 hours and find the online description of this hotel is totally false and misleading. Not to mention an unexpected $50 deposit after room is already paid for. This hotel is very shady it deserves 0 stars but had to get 1 for the review.
The room was not up to my expectations.
