We have stayed at this hotel when we come to visit my mom and the lady that checked us in was super friendly and had us checked in with minutes. During our stays, we came to find out, she was also who cleaned the rooms! She was very attentive on asking us if we needed anything and made sure our room was serviced when asked. She even remembered who we were and what room we had from the first time she checked us in the 6 months prior! The rooms were decent for the price but the staff was rude. The old lady at the desk doesn't like to help customers & just play on her phone. Has a bad attitude when asked a question. Absolutely no house keeping in the 3 days that I was there.
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Checked in on Thursday October 23rd, 2025 and the front desk lady that checked us in on the 23rd was went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely be back
