Best in the area! Price,breakfast, and good coffee, and room niceness. It does not feel run down it feels comfortable, really.
They didnt have my room ready at check in so I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't refund becuase I booked through a 3rd party. I did not, I even showed them the confirmation that came straight from them. The manager refused to refund me. Came back after the game and the night person gave me a refund no problem.
Most two star Hotels are hoping to make three stars, but based on the condition of the rooms, they are NEVER going to make it...never. General cleanliness is POOR, with notable stains on the bedding, cracked tiles on the floors and mirrors, and the last guests garbage still on the carpeting. With this type of attention to detail, they will soon be a 1-star hotel...sad. Check them out for yourself, and you would be wise to bring some sanitizer and clean bedding....seriously.
There was an odd smell in the hallway when I went to my room. But the room was tidy and clean.
