Dirty rooms unchanged sheets poor service the staff had a attitude about restocking toilet paper and amenities and the location is confusing. The entrance is actually the entrance to a restaurant and the only doors available to use is the back door the lobby doors are usually locked durning my stay

The owner and housekeepers are very friendly and very professional but they have some little 20 something year old named Kenny (not the owner) that thinks he can tell you if you can have visitors or nit he said and I quote "No visitors allowed we don't allow them at this hotel!" Best in the area! Price,breakfast, and good coffee, and room niceness. It does not feel run down it feels comfortable, really.

They didnt have my room ready at check in so I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't refund becuase I booked through a 3rd party. I did not, I even showed them the confirmation that came straight from them. The manager refused to refund me. Came back after the game and the night person gave me a refund no problem.
