Gone downhill. Been staying here off and on for years. Nothing has changed in that time. First it is NOT a Super 8. It is now Hotel 7. I suspect they could not meet the Super 8 requirements. The lobby is cute, but that is where it ends. In our room the curtain rod is falling off wall. The mattresses are not centered on frame, so steel parts are sticking out to destroy your ankle. Not so happy with it now that it's hotel 7 not super 8 so my star rating is going way down. We rented a room from the person at front desk who apparently didn't pay the til. At midnight we have the police at our door and the manager. We had to pay again, and full 140 dollar price when we already paid earlier that day. Awful customer service if u ask ,3 but as I said it was after midnight and where were we to go. They should have let us stay and fired the worker but that's just my opinion.
