Stayed in the jacuzzi suite & was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was & how kind the staff was. I received my cleaning deposit back & everything was comfortable and clean! No complaints.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, prompt service calls, decent breakfast, great coffee. Will stay again.
nasty dirty place. don't stay here. people treat you rudely and they don't offer any good customer service. didn't care about us having a terrible stay. beds are very old and uncomfortable. parking lot over grown, the lobby is the only spot that looked a little clean-the halls are dark and they smell like stale smoke. won't be returning.
The rooms are seriously gross. Urine stains, other people's pubic hair imbedded in the towels when they should be clean. The workers are rude and dismissive. It is simply disgusting. I wore flip flops in the shower because it was that nasty. Don't stay here. Don't bring kids here. This place needs to be tore down. It has had much better days. Like in the 50's. Go to a place that values their patrons and cares for facilities because these people do not!!!!
The rooms are dirty and dated. When you complain you are dismissed and not cared about. Yard is not well kept and the hotel needs to work on cleanliness. Stay anywhere else but this dirty hole in the wall with rude, dismissive and unprofessional staff.
