Worst Super 8 in Windsor they are complete scammers and desperate for money. Was charged without even staying at the property and YES THEY KNEW IT AND STILL WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. They are clearly desperate for funds. I am currently looking to get them banned off of booking platforms for their deliberate theft under the disguise of cancellation policy. In which is nowhere to be found on any booking platform they are on.
The first leg of our trip all was good on our return I was disappointed I had to request a few items missing from the room #1 a coffee machine #2 a hairdryer #3 drinking cups As soon as I asked for the se items the staff were really quick in bringing them to our room The location was excellent
fire the front desk worker rajit or whoever was working this morning June 22/25 the rudest worker you have on hand. Can’t answer simple questions, has no knowledge of any simple procedures. Wouldn’t give me the managers name. I have undisclosed charges to my credit card when I booked through a 3rd so my credit card wouldn’t be on file with super 8, couldn’t help me with that.
