They scammed me. Prior to booking online, I spoke to Jay on the phone, and he assured me that people under 21 can check in themself and stay at the hotel. When we tried checking in, Jay wasn’t there and the front desk attendant told me that you have to be 21 to check in to the hotel. I have already paid for 2 nights and he would not give me a refund. I stayed here a long time ago and it sucked but a lot of improvements were made when the recent owners took over. Really nice management and staff now. They took great care of us and our mother. Would definitely stay again!
Rooms are clean, the staff is extremely prompt and friendly, and it was a great overall stay experience.
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this hotel. I expected it to be just average, but it turned out to be really impressive. The beds were super comfortable, and the room was incredibly clean. What stood out the most was how warm and welcoming the front desk staff were—they made the stay even better.
