I was charged full room when making reservation on line even though I used choice pay at hotel, the amount was not pending it fully charged the room. When I arrived at hotel. They stated I did not pay yet. I showed on my phone the bank information they stated they would call the manager and let me have room keys. 30 min later my card was charged again for the room and again not pending but processed. If you think Super 8 is a great hotel for $193.90 for 1 night 2 queen beds
Great price, nice staff, clean, and an awesome breakfast! Highly recommended!
No working television for 3 days. Never resolved. No offer to switch rooms. Maintenance staff switched out televisions on last day an hour before I checked out. It didn't work either. No access to news or weather! Was offered compensation on bill then denied by front desk staff at checkout. Will do a walk through at next check in, just to make sure everything works!
