The manager Janet is very rude!
I really hate to give a low rating & I hope this can help for future bookings. We checked in, the room & pool were clean & the location was quite. The morning of check out, (check out time 11am), we went to breakfast abt 7:30 at 8am I received a text asking me to do a online check out (I was at breakfast I did not see the text until everything else unfolded), we returned to the room at 8:15am and the key card was deactivated, we went to the lobby to have the key card reactivated we were questioned if we were checking out tha... read more
