Got stranded at Albany airport and this was the only place to stay. I guess it was better than sleeping in the airport, but not much better. One of the smallest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. It didn’t even have a toilet paper holder, just half a roll sitting on the tank.
Requested non-smoking room. Room smelled of smoke, handle fell off toilet, most lights did not work, some even missing with open light socket and holes in the wall. Requested a new room and asked to see it before moving to it. Was much better, but why were we given the crappy room to begin with when a nicer room was available?

This hotel offered great value and a very pleasant overall experience.
It’s now the 21st and I still have not received my refund. ‼️BEWARE‼️ Me and my family want to check in Friday, June 5 for the weekend to the 7th of June. The room was absolutely disgusting dirt all over the walls, piles of dirt in the corners, a light off of the wall, a hole in one of the walls, we were supposed to stay in room 41, but it was so disgusting we couldn’t stay asked for a refund.
