‼️BEWARE‼️ Me and my family want to check in Friday, June 5 for the weekend to the 7th of June. The room was absolutely disgusting dirt all over the walls, piles of dirt in the corners, a light off of the wall, a hole in one of the walls, we were supposed to stay in room 41, but it was so disgusting we couldn’t stay asked for a refund. They told me it would take about a day or two never got the refund called to get my refund and they asked me to wait two weeks till the manager was in paid close to $300.

This property is overpriced for the condition of the rooms and the level of service provided. When I raised concerns about issues in my room, I was not offered an apology, compensation, or any indication that the concerns would be addressed. The bathroom was in poor condition. The bathtub floor felt extremely flimsy and flexed noticeably under normal use. The tub diverter was missing or non-functional, making it impossible to use the shower properly. All the staff members were very polite and friendly. They spoke kindly and made sure we were happy throughout our stay.

Yes some reviewers are right. No breakfast. Some noisy neighbors upstairs walking around constantly and playing music for an hour in car at midnight. Otherwise great value, location. Room was clean #30, but lacked finish-needs a contractor who can finish the fine details. Bed was comfortable and room was secure.
