Honnêtement je m'attendais à beaucoup pire en lisant les commentaires, mais mon expérience à été assez correcte. Les lits étaient incomfortables et la douche n'était pas 100% bien lavée mais ce ne sont que des détails. Le déjeuner était bon et l'accueil super agréable.
ZERO Stars....Horrible stay, construction, leaking water from ceiling, flood in bathroom, changed room, mould in shower, dusty NOISY other guests the list just keeps going. Waiting for a response from Supervisor regarding my email sent with photos.
Noticed mold the following morning after unable to sleep due to poor air quality. Mold in the shower and in the air conditioning vent. After rushing out of the hotel to get to our destination, I called back a couple days later as I was available to discuss, and they simply said "we are not perfect" and there is nothing we can do. Sorry about your luck, Room 309. Do not stay gere
