The parking was the best part. The chlorine smell was instant, and absurdly overpowering as soon as we walked in. The front desk staff was rude when they showed up, but it took 7 minutes for anyone to come out of either the back room or around the corner. We went looking around for someone, and announced ourselves but when the day manager finally poked his head out of the back room, there was no apology for his long absence. Dirty sheets, dirty towels, smell of cigarettes in the room, elevator with a terrifying noise. Terrible!!
Horrible hotel. Rooms stink, towels and bed were dirty with yellow stains on them. There was poop in the toilet when i got into the room. The guys at the front desk were extremely rude, impolite and unprofessional. Elevator was scary and sounded as if it would fall at any point. If I could give 0 stars I would.
