Lovely hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, soft towels, comfy beds and soft sheets. A minute off the 401. Delicious breakfast in the morning available until 9am.
Need to be cleaner.
BEWARE! The room I had booked did not look clean.. at all!!! Upon entering the room I had noticed the floors were not swept and there were what appeared to be oil stains on the floor in front of the tv stand. The pillow cases on one of the beds reeked of men’s cologne, as if they had been recycled from the night before. Disgusting! After notifying the gentleman at the front desk, he advised me that he had no resolution. They were completely sold out for the night, so they couldn’t give me another room, and would not issue me... read more
