Yuck yuck yuck!!!! Let's start off with the undeniable, unmistakable and unavoidable smell of the devils lettuce as soon as you walk in the front doors. And there was no where you went that it wasn't the most prominent smell. The staff was horrid and rude. They acted like I was a bother rather than a paying customer. I was told one rate on the phone...charged a completely different rate. AND...I was told the cc on file was just to reserve the room, yet was charged that morning at 8am and I wasn't even in Abilene until 4pm. G... read more
Would recommend staying anywhere else. They clean the rooms from 9pm to 4 in the morning slamming every door and running the vacuum. No battery in the smoke alarm and cover off, screws missing out of the door knobs and saftey latches, hope you don't need to bathe the kids because the tubs missing the plug and looks like it might give you hep c. Floors are sticky and stained up, the linens not much better. Definitely worth going almost anywhere else, sleeping in your car might even be better.
Upon arrival I had an uncomfortable feeling about this place. I ended up cancelling the reservation.
This is hotel was horrible. We get to our room and there are large holes in the carpet, and the bathroom had no toilet paper. The breakfast area was awful, we just looked at left. Definitely would recommend not staying here.
