Not overly impressed. First, I reserved an accessible room but I didn't get one. They even called me several hours for an upgrade but I said I need an accessible room. I still didn't get one. Their beds are hard and creaky. The lights in the room were dim. The decor is from the 2000's. Lots of noise from the room above. The front desk staff were really nice. Love this hotel! Staff was amazing and the pool is the best ! My little guy loved the awesome waterslide
