Filthy room, no shampoo, ice machine broken and they say they have no idea when it will get fixed….visible stains on chairs in lobby and rooms, carpet very dirty and stained… people smoking marijuana you can smell it in hallway. RecommendedWhere can I possibly start? The staff that was working at check-in was rude. The elevator was not working. The lounge and restaurant were closed - as in neither have been open for some time. No coffee in the room, or cups, ice bucket or TV remote. Disgusting. Rotting food in the hallway. Dirty sheets. Rudest front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. I asked to talk to someone about the conditions of the room and was told “nope” with an eye roll. Booked two nights and only stayed for one, front desk “worker” didn’t want to print me a receipt for early check out. Didn’t leave without my receipt - but also a wasn’t pleasant process getting one. She did an amazing job each morning keep everything great service on top of Maya’s hard work has made my husband say that this will be our spot each time I come home for a visit. I wish I could give this place a 0 star review. Let me start by saying I am not one to give bad reviews generally. But, beware….we booked for this past weekend for my daughters 9th birthday. Recommendedvery clean and friendly place. complimentary breakfast was very good. Both of the desk clerks were super nice and helpful. There was a Nathan on evenings and a Heather on days. Very accommodating establishment.
RecommendedWe stayed on our way from Pittsburgh to Niagara Falls. Andrew at the front desk was great. Very nice large rooms. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend the jacuzzi suite!
