Problem got solved but created another and didn't clean up after themselves!
They have Americans answer the phones for sales, but an Indian call center for actual repairs and claims. That should clarify where their focus is. The service they provide is cumbersome and arduous to use. If you have an emergency repairs, you will not enjoy any speed or urgency. It also seems like they have vendors who are cheap for a reason. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
