Rude!!!! It took me months to get an apt. I had to do an xray and get recs from my Dr. I didn’t know which office to go to because I never got a confirmation with the address. So once I figured it out and made it to the correct office. It was 20 minutes late. They said their grace period was 15 minutes. I begged them and I even begged the doctor and they said that they couldn’t see me and offered me an appointment two months later. The lack of care from the doctor was honestly unfathomable. Dr. Jain is an amazing , thorough and caring doctor. We drove over an hour each way to see her.
Rude, arrogant and insensitive to child. Please do not subject your child to her thoughtless behavior. Very offensive
Dr Jain is an amazing doctor. She treated my daughter when we were going through a very difficult time, I’ll be forever thankful for her care.
Dr. Jain is an absolutely amazing physician. As a healthcare professional I am an extremely harsh critic. Dr. Jain goes above and beyond. I am always able to reach her when needed. She responds to emails personally and promptly (which doesn’t happen by many physicians). My daughter is extremely medically complex and many doctors do not understand her case. Dr. Jain doesn’t hesitate to reach out to other specialists and collaborate when caring for her. I travel 2.5 hrs to see her because she truly is the best!
