Took a lesson on my 1st visit. The instruction was great and after the lesson I paddled the harbor at my leisure. I've been back since to rent a board and I'm now in love with this place!

Did my first SUP FIT class today and it was awesome!!!! Trudie did a great job getting me warmed up on the dock with different stretches and gave me instructions on how to maximize my workout on the water. I started off leisurely then got into fast-paced intervals as well as planking and yoga posing on the board. I fell in the water for the fist time but it felt pretty refreshing after the workout haha :). I can already feel it in my arms and core...Definitely will do SUP FIT again!! Loved it!!!
Trudy was so easy going and made for a fantastic experience.
Great place to rent a kayak as well as a SUP! They are laid back and super welcoming. We looked all over Santa Cruz and nobody would let us take our kids (2 and 4) with us on a double kayak. Of course I would never put my kids in danger and Trudie trusted us and never even questioned this. Every other place said no to our two year old and wanted us to sign up for a tour if we wanted to take our 4 year old. Trudie has a nack for teaching. Withe her instruction I was able to take my paddling to another level and have a fun doing it.
