Jake's open water swim setup if fantastic. It is awesome to have something like this available given the limited lake swimming in the area due to the reservoir rules. Come out and swim!
This is absolutely the best Stand Up Paddleboard company on the front range, hands down. I met Jake (the owner) a few years ago and what stuck out the most to me was the way he treats his clients. He's always kind and courteous, regardless of how people may be toward him. His clients always walk away happy and smiling because of the amazing experience they had. I’m so thankful for Jacob and the team at SUP COS for hosting a fantastic open water swim venue. Although I was skeptical of swimming here at first, I love that they test the water regularly, and put swimmer safety first. It’s so much more convenient than driving to Denver! If you’re in COS and need OWS practice and training, I highly recommend this venue. Also, it’s super easy to sign the waiver and pay your drop-in fee online before going!
