RecommendedKelly Bailey is an awesome instructor and made us feel very confident as none of us had paddle boarded before and we were a little nervous. We all loved it and will definitely do it again!! We are already making plans for our next paddle boarding adventure and we will bring a group to attend Lisa Cowen’s class too. She is a very patient and encouraging teacher. It is obvious that she loves the sport and wants others to thoroughly enjoying, as well.

We vacationed on Lake James 3 years in a row and Kelly has been so accommadating as far as delivering boards to our cottage and giving lessons to our friends. Very thorough, patient and safety minded. Would highly recommend SUP 101/
our family has enjoyed going to Crooked Lake and paddle boarding. Kelly worked with all of us teaching us how to paddle board. Great excercise in a relaxing atmosphere rather you are a novice or pro.
