My 7 year old had eye surgery there. Regained consciousness, crying that her eye hurts. For several minutes, the nurse is saying don't let her touch it. She's crying uncontrollably. The nurse did her best. But when I asked about something for the pain, she said they were waiting for an order from the doctor on the floor. I'm like, you have a 7 year old here. Shouldn't the recovery team have an order for painkillers ready to go as soon as the kid comes to? They finally give her Motrin 15 minutes later, but she's still crying ... read more
So I came in for surgery. Surgery was great. The nurses and doctors amazing. Unfortunately I didn't receive my ice pack on the way out. But that's not the reason why I gave 3 stars. I'm giving 3 star because the nurse who registered me at the counter. Basically, racial profiled a man based on what he looked like and assumed his religious background was Muslim I felt so offended.
