Genuinely one of the worst clinics I’ve ever been to. Every time I make an appointment I’m not seen for over an hour, sometimes 2 hours, after the appointment time. The front desk staff are disorganized and unhelpful. The doctors always say they will call with test results and never do, and there is never any follow-up, and the nursing staff is rude and incompetent. Don’t waste your time here.

YOUR OFFICE MOVED N LOOKS VERY NICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL REMAINS THE SAME.7/29/26 AND NO ONEONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONES. DO BETTER. IT'S REDICULOUS

This office is ridiculous and unprofessional it's the state enough said they don't care. They never answer the phone just get a new dr. That's what I'm about to do. I took a mammogram my Dr went on maternity leave nobody followed up. I took it last yr Aug and the Dr just came back just called me and I'm trying to contact her same thing they pick up the phone and hang up on you.

Some good doctors here. Good customer service? Nah. Nobody at the desk should lose their temper over a misunderstanding while banging the table like an unruly child. Seriously, yall need to do better. Get a day off or get laid off!
