Apartment at sunwood was not properly cleaned with numerous maintenance requests. Service requests marked as completed when they're not. It won't let you make more septic requests even for the ones nor completed om their resident Portal. There was multiple maintenance requests that should've been fixed including carpet with nails exposed in a unit with children and pets. The floor boards weren't fixed either prior to move in. DO NOT RENT HERE. It won't be cleaned before move in. Maintenance requests get ignored. Management threatened eviction over $2 less than a week late. Maintenance marked flooding as complete without showing up. Management showed our unit without proper notice on more than one occasion. Filed city reports over neighbors smoke detector beeping for 6 months. Absolute worst experience I've ever had.
when i first moved in they had to put a new fridge in and they left a mess that i had to clean up it was still dirty when i moved in i’ve had over $1000 items STOLEN from this place and on top of that sometimes their website isn’t working properly and they will charge you a late fee for THEIR websites failure!!! i wouldn’t recommend living here at all.
