As a tenant you are recommended to have packages delivered to the office so they’re not stolen.. Well the office is closed & locked 90% of the time & we had 3 packages from the office entry way stolen because no one is there to take the packages inside or accept the delivery. And texts are ignored for over a month regarding a complaint of a vehicle with no license plates that has not moved!
I forgot to make a review, so heres the review I think everyone should read. I had a pretty bad situation happen when I made the poor decision to let my parents move in with me due to them becoming homeless. Eddie and the GM (I cant remember her name but she was very nice to me) were there to help me get out of the situation as quick and as smooth as possible. Been living here for about 18 months and haven’t had a single significant problem during that time. Office staff are friendly and professional and the apartments are clean, well maintained and very nice considering their affordability. The biggest complaint I have is that it took several months to get the screen door on our balcony replaced, but it’s such a minor thing that I don’t think it’s even worth removing a star for. Absolutely do not rent at Sunwood Apartments. This is by far one of the worst living experiences you could sign yourself up for, and I want to save others the headache, stress, and wasted money. Even though management is physically located in the first building, they act like they couldn’t care less about the property or the people living in it.
