I will not be back to this office. They charge a 3% fee to use a credit card to pay an insurance copay. The only other option to pay to avoid the fee is a debit card. You can not pay by check, cash, nor will they bill you for a copay. Staff at the front desk relies on a sign at the window as notification of this fee. They do not verbally notify you of the fee prior to charging your card. How is this legitimate for those with visual impairments or those with learning disabilities? I’ve been seen here multiple times throughout the years. The doctor would look at a small section of me, tell me it’s just eczema, throw creams at me and tell me to come back in 6 months. Recently switched to a different dermatologist where in one week we found out that it’s actually not eczema it’s psoriasis, a life long chronic condition. If the doctor cared enough to actually look into my concerns or run tests, I would’ve been managing it since 2022.
