It took a while to get things started, but other than that it was a great experience. The customer service people were always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We love our solar.
I was pleased with all phases of my PV installation by Sunwise Energy. They used best available technology including grid-forming inverters and high capacity solar panels. They were careful not to cause issues with my existing roof. Their system integrated well with all aspects of my PECO interconnection. Their onsite work was fast and professional.
Sunwise came and installed solar panels, they did it all in a day, kept it clean and they were very knowledgeable and efficient.
Overall I had a good experience with Sunwise. Seth was great with creating plans and presenting different options. The install crew was quick and knowledgeable. The system is currently running and there don’t seem to be any issues. The customer service was great with keeping me updated during the whole process. I did have to question a few things regarding permits and other paperwork that took a little longer than expected.
