I always wanted to have solar energy and when I got in contact with Sunwise Energy, the partnership went seamlessly. The team members were professional and kept me in the loop with everything and everyone that was supposed to come in contact with me at my house. It was all around a great experience. I have to thank Jesse Berg for making this such an easy process. Sunwise did absolutely everything from the beginning. Once we signed up they took care of all the permits. They came out and checked our roof. There was no pressure and they stayed in contact the entire time on what to expect for the next steps.m Let fast forward 2 years. This company is terrible. Great customer service and friendly. I'm having a wonderful experience with my solar energy! I recommend to anyone interested into solar system.
We encountered a few issues early on where the initial assessment failed to identify specific aspects of our installation. The installation team had to address these issues during the install process. The installers did a great job in overcoming these issues. If not for the initial assessment misses we would have given SunWise a 5 rating, but lowered to 4 due to the early challenges.
Phenomenal experience, customer service and support team are wonderful, they reach out to you and update you with care and professional. The roofers, the customer service, and electric Technician are hard workers, they did an amazing job. Job well done.
