It's been a long road, so many roadblocks and waiting for electric co to do there work, township limiting the amount of panels we can put on our roof. It's not that USA can't be run on solar, it's that the powers that be won't let it happen! However back to sunwise/solar standard, they kept us informed every week. The gentlemen who installed my solar panels were polite and fast. The panels were unloaded quickly and installed very quickly. They definitely knew what they were doing! When they hit a snag with my house not having attic access, they had an alternative solution where the pipes were laid on the exterior siding. It looks great though, and done in a way that it doesn't look like an eyesore. Sunwise energy did amazing job installing my system. Great costumer service
After 2 years, 3 panels do not work. We are told it's a thousand dollars to fix this and "I'm not under warranty". Originally told that the government it gives you money back if you get solar, which would keep our costs and monthly bills low, that never worked out. After receiving solar panels, we only pay more for electric. I recently discovered that our panels were not working for six months we never even got a call from the company, saying there was a problem.
