We have been very pleased with the responsiveness of the Sunwise company. We asked questions at the beginning and throughout the installation process (that did take some longer than expected) and all answers were thorough and prompt. We have had no problems with the panels and we have seen a real difference in our bills! And it's great to feel like we are doing even a little bit for our environment.

I am very disappointed with the solar panel service I received. The system has not been working properly, and despite multiple attempts to get the issue resolved, nothing has been fixed. Communication has been poor and the problem continues. Because the system is still not functioning as promised, I will be filing a claim in small claims court to recover my losses. I really appreciated the service I got from Sunwise.every time I called I got prompt service and they answered all my questions.the installation went smoothly and Christopher and his crew were great. Looking forward to saving money and getting clean energy
