Tim and his team did an excellent job installing our solar panels. He handled the project in an extremely professional and timely manner, adhering to my accelerated schedule and his proposed cost. He was extremely accommodating in minimizing the outside footprint of the electrical conduit and panels associated with the solar panels, so the exterior of the house still looks pristine. Tim and his team designed and installed a top notch Solar System for our house. He processed all the necessary permits and applications in a timely and successful manner. The system is delivering power as planned. Even as we enter the least sun efficient portion of the year the system is keeping up with our electrical demand. I am very pleased.
Tim and Jen were phenomenal from project initiation to system activation. They coordinated replacement of roof shingles, installation of 34 panels and activation of the system in time for us to apply the 2020 tax credit. They, their teams and sub contractors were responsive, professional and prompt in addressing any questions that we had and even upgraded our panels at no cost to us because of supply issues from the vendor. We have almost completed the first year of our solar experience. All along the way, SunWind and Tim Holmes were knowledgeable, helpful, ready to respond to our concerns. Just turned on my PV array last month. SunWind negotiated the hoops of Nantucket's HDC, and smoothly worked with the Building Inspector and National Grid. It was truly 'turn key.' Tim was very responsive. I wish all contractors could work as well.
