I just want to give a BIG shoutout to all employees at SunWest Sportswear! They designed my graphics, found an awesome fitting shirt that is super comfortable, and I received the product within 7 business days!!! You can’t beat that!! The customer service was great, and they followed up with me after emails were sent out. Thank you SunWest and look forward to doing business with you soon.
Excellent product, but to get the girls in the front to send you a confirmation letter and/or a quote is like pulling nails. I am left to assume that only very large orders have priority. This is after a couple orders placed, one can only withstand so many run arounds and blatant lies. We love the quality product but we will be taking our business elsewhere due to the staff.
The best Coug gear in the Tri-Cities and reasonably priced!!!
