I rented a commercial property from Denise and if I must be honest at first I thought she had my best interest but as soon as you let her know she is wrong and your have a disagreement with her let's just say her true colors show. If it's about money she will always show up but forgets to respond to important emails dealing with business so know that if you have any issues forget about it.
