Lucas came out to make an assessment on my garage door that seemed to have a mind of its own when trying to close. It would at times close as it should and sometimes it would go right back up even if I would try to close again. He gave me a few options and it was clear that it would be best to have the opener replaced. The pricing was really reasonable as it was pointed out by other references and reviews. They broke my garage door window, said they would replace it. Still haven’t heard back. I put in 3 new openers. Would not recommend this company. They acted nice and apologetic promised to make it right, still haven’t been back.
I highly recommend SGR. I was able to make and get my garage door opener installed the same day!! I just needed to get my garage door opener installed but after GD inspection I needed new springs and wires. Craig is professional and gets the job done fast!! Great prices!! ( I purchased GDR )

I highly recommend Sunwest Garage Door. It’s all about customer service and this company excels! It started with the phone call answered by Ryan who helped me schedule an appointment. And then the next day reschedule again as I had a problem with my calendar that I didn’t realize. I was notified when Joel would be arriving and he was on time. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He answered my questions and explained what would take place. I am very happy and appreciative of Sunwest and their service!
