The apartments are just fine, the building was kept clean, and the underground parking was very nice. However, the three ladies in the office downstairs are VERY hard to deal with. L*****, D**, and S*** are inconsistent in agreements made. ALWAYS get EVERYTHING they agree to or promise, in writing. We made that mistake. Several verbal agreements we made at first, never written and signed, they failed to follow through with.
