Needed to fix a section of my flooring, after a few months of searching, finally found the perfect match at Sunway flooring, it is discontinued and fortunately they still have some in stock and I was able to get them at the San Leandro location the same day. Poor poor customer service. After price increases were explained as a result of "increased shipping expenses", we found out that the flooring was sourced locally...there was no shipping involved. Once we found this out, we simply wanted to inquire and clarify about the price increase. The owner never offered a valid explanation, and instead harassed front desk employees that knew nothing of the situation. He showed up at our business after he was asked not to. He raised his voice.
