Amazing Juniper Lymphatic massage by Sadie!! She was very professional and provided a comfortable setting. The combination of light touch and therapeutic massage was perfect. Excited to go back for more relaxations. Oh, and the chocolate treat at the end is to die for!
Had my third massage with Erin today, in as many months and I feel amazing! Thanks for hiring excellent staff! She's a keeper.
Maybe I was there on a off/bad day. 3 cedar pools where down, and nothing was warmer than 97 degrees. The time was 8:45 pm to 10:45 pm, the outside temperature 30- 25 degrees.
Local to the Springs nice close getaway. I loved the peaceful zen feeling and the calmness and tranquillity . The staff was friendly and I love that they do a teacher discount. I feel that the layout (options ) were not explained adequately ie. Sauna ect. Feel like the cool plunge should be cooler than 99 degrees. Liked that shampoo and body wash is provided smelled great too. A suit spiner might be a nice addition. I definately will be back.
The communication between the reception desks lack. When booking my appointment. I was informed that before or after my appointment I could use the additional pools. Upon arrival the receptionist looked like I had 2 heads and said well most do it after. On the phone I was also told I would have a towel. I had to ask for those as well. No tour or lay out of the place was ever given. After soaking and using the pools I went back to the desk to ask if I had to“checkout”. A new receptionist was there and said no.
