Nice apartments in a secluded, yet protective environment. Great care taken inside and out. Office manager, Kim, is super helpful.
The apartment staff in the raymond location makes false promises. We were told on numerous occasions that they would get back to us on a space and as expected....crickets! Kim needs to get back to people who are waiting and stop making excuses. This complex should hire a secret shopper to mark their experience and let the owners know first-hand how things are NOT being handled

@Marie Roderick, I'm not quite sure what you're exactly referring to as to "Kim" not getting back ahold of you. Do you realize how many calls a day/week come in, in regards to a unit? Sorry they're not people pleasers. NOT every property management has to contact an individual to say "hey sorry but you didn't make the cut". Seriously, she busts her a** along with her husband to keep this place clean, and to have friendly neighbors. So what... you didn't get a call back.
