When I installed my residential solar setup back in 2018-2019, this company was a joy to work with. They were beyond detailed, responsive and friendly. Follow up to 2023 to present and it's a joke. All those people are gone and there clearly must've been major changes and they no longer care one bit about previous residential clients.
