So this is a warning to anybody who’s considering getting HAVC through SunVena. They will put another self commencement on your property, which could turn into a lien if unpaid or even if you pay in full the commencement stays for a year so if you plan on refinancing your home or need a second mortgage or a HELOC good luck. My Experience with Sunvena I am extremely disappointed with how our HVAC installation financing were handled by Sunvena. We signed our contract in June 2026, and we were told by our representative, Alex Lafata, that everything had been completed and submitted to Service Finance.
