Sunvast is a solid property management team. We have utilized this Company since 2015. Working with Sunvast has made our community one the best. They have shown us how keep our budgets in line and costs low. So we can pass these saving on our residents in the form of low monthly dues. Reserve at Crossing Creek Phase 2 is very pleased with Sunvast
Zero star. Agree with all reviews. James is Unprofessional and unresponsive. Do not recommend this joke of a company at all.
Started Ok, but when the Board that hired them got replaced by the community, things went sour. They didn't do their job, quarreled with Board members and finally resigned before they got fired. Not a quality operation at all. A real mom & pop shop.
James you're a piece of work!! Gave me emails but now you don't respond!! How unprofessional
This "management company" is a joke. James is completely unprofessional and refuses to assist in a community he oversees. When he was not able to accommodate the requests he hung up the phone and then refuses to answer any correspondence. Do yourself a favor and utilize a different management company!!
