I’ve been coming here for quite sometime with my son every other place we used to go to he cried and always said that it hurt. This is the one shop that they are patient. They take their time and he does not complain or say that it hurts when they braid him at all they are very accommodating very welcoming and the shop is always clean!!
Scheduled an appointment for starter locs, drove all the way to Sandy Springs, and from the moment I sat down it was excuse after excuse. First my hair was “too soft,” then “too curly,” then suddenly I “had product in it.” After that, I was told to come back in two months because somehow my hair was still “too soft.” Then the final excuse: I didn’t have enough hair. I love my experience very fast did not overbooked me what I wanted took an hour I was in and out
Sunu did a ok job, but I wasn’t thrilled with who she shared my head with. Sunu and another girl had worked on my braids. Towards the end the other girl just kept snickering while finishing my head. It was consistent snickering. I’m not sure what was funny because absolutely nothing was going on and I was the only customer left. It didn’t feel comfortable or professional.
