Transferred me to 6 different people and over one hour and 30 minutes on the phone with them to do something simple as to log into my account
This bank takes forever for them to release funds that is being transferred. The actual owner of the account told them to release but still hasn’t. They have bad customer service and to think live chat. Think again you will not get anywhere with the live chat service because no one is there to answer your questions.
This place, now calling itself Truist, could not be more customer unfriendly. None of their phone numbers is ever answered. They are as arrogant as an insurance company: they'll take you money but won't pick up the phone/
Why even open up a business when your online autopay doesn’t work and will leave a customer on “hang tight”. Their non existing customer department that’s supposed to be helping you setup doesn’t answer. If you can’t operate a business correctly don’t take over operations that you can’t handle. The economy is hurting for help I understand but at the same time you’re charging your customer a late fee when you can’t set them up on your own end.
Mortgage transferred to them and cannot create an online account. Keep getting this message for the past weeks. "This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." PLEASE FIX THIS SOON
