I filed an official BBB complaint for this bank. Not allowing consumers to turn off balance features they cannot control & then hallucinating positive balances is wrong. I will ensure a formal investigation into your UDAAP violations is conducted.
I've been to this branch twice while in the process of probating a complex and frustrating estate. Both times I received exceptional customer service from LeShaun. So much of this probate process has been difficult and unclear to me so I really appreciate her kindness and the time she took to listen and understand what was needed.
