This is the worst bank you can associate yourself with!!! My grandma has used this bank for over 30 years and she recently passed away so of course her social security check did not post because she is dead. I called to close the account and of course Karen answers the phone and has the nerves to say she can’t close the account because of a 9.99 charge went thru and caused the account to over draft!!! I'm surprised by a lot of bad reviews here . they treat me really nice here
closed again today. also, last thursday there was a sign in the window that said 'teller services down', but if you need a banker come inside. went inside, needed money and i don't use atms', as in ever. couldn't help me inside either. apparently 'bankers' cannot do a withdrawal. this branch becomes more and more worthless every day. it is always something. if i could leave less than one star i would. why don't they send some 'truist' employees to staff this worthless place? been at this location when it was 'hometown bank',... read more
This bank opens and closes without any notice. Service is always slow at drive-thru. Time to move all my banking to a bank that cares. Thats checking, savings and moneymarket.
horrible customer service ...... been with them 20 years , switched to Regions ....... MUCH BETTER !!!!
