This has to be one of the worst bank experience I had in a long time. I was dropping off cash for my work and the door was locked and finally after knocking on the window few times, a staff shows up and she crack open a little (while holding onto a door handle) and ask angrily "what can I help you with?" Apparently she is upset at the fact that I was annoying them with a bank deposit notes instead of deposit them via bank card (which I do not have because it's a business deposit). What a difference a year makes! Jeanne Nguyen has left the branch (retired) and so have I. My mother is a 90 year-old stroke victim. Virtually paralyzed below the neck, she is essentially bed ridden 24/7. As her POA, I needed to open a joint checking account for her SS check deposit and medical bills payment. The current management said that my mother had to come into the branch to personally sign the bank card in front of them.
