Worst bank. Mobile deposited a cashiers check and they put a hold on it when I needed it. I had to have that to go out of town. They wouldn’t cancel it. I had to go to a check cashing place and cash it. Then suntrust charged me 15 dollars for a bounce back. Canceling this month after my last payroll check. I will take my business elsewhere. And also suing

If you were to hand your money over to a complete stranger they would probably do a better job of protecting your money than SunTrust. First off, they don't allow you to dispute transactions. One time I made an online purchase from a site I hadn't used before. It was a one-time transaction but the merchant continued to charge my account more times and on different dates beyond that without permission.
