After all the bank mergers, Suntrust Bank has lost my trust in banks. Beware of information loss between branches and subsidiaries. I lost a lot of $$$ in fees for things that were not even my fault. And of course, after a lot of pointing fingers, nothing was resolved. Be doubly vigilant if you have accounts with them.
