Terrible bank nonetheless since it was Suntrust complete no help and reps that take zero accountability for their shortcomings, if above and beyond was a thing, they are the complete opposite...
Started a new account with them deposited over 10k. Account gets closed twice. Meets took 30 minutes to start and 30 minutes to finish. 3 hours of my time wasted and 10k sent by mail of all things... No emails to mention closure and no text or phone calls. I could never do this type of service ever again. Yall should look into financial advisors to guide you if you're using this trash
