Terrible bank nonetheless since it was Suntrust complete no help and reps that take zero accountability for their shortcomings, if above and beyond was a thing, they are the complete opposite...
Started a new account with them deposited over 10k. Account gets closed twice. Meets took 30 minutes to start and 30 minutes to finish. 3 hours of my time wasted and 10k sent by mail of all things... No emails to mention closure and no text or phone calls. I could never do this type of service ever again. Yall should look into financial advisors to guide you if you're using this trash
Joseph did communicate with me about my needs however the entire experience with this bank was very disappointing. They gave me mixed messages and wasted my time. I will stick with my credit unions versus ever going to Truist. They need a lot of professional and leadership coaching.
Thank you for the phenomenal service at this branch. Came in near closing needed a new account and other services. Very kind, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. I felt very comfortable and secure putting my trust in this bank as a new customer. Thank you Marta and Joseph for explaining things so clearly and being so efficient.
They told me it takes a a week if you requests to withdraw cash in relatively big amount. Very scary and very inconvenient, because once you put your money in there, you do not have control. I request the same amount in BOA, and they were able to fulfill my request during a random walk in with no problem. Truist Staff ate mean, they do eyeball rolling at you multiple times. In short, I am closing my account.
