Really nice brand new space, professional, bilingual tellers, well staffed
They have moved to 1430 nw 20 st. Across of Popeyes. The bank is nicer and after Covid a new building was a great choice. Very nice people especially Lina, hey Lina!!! Easy to open an account and the branch knows most of its clients. Stop on by and check it out.

If there is a choice for a star my father and I wanted to open an account and when we approached this establishment the customer was stressing on why other establishments weren’t taking 2 customers at a time such as this location and asked to speak to the manager,you would think she’d calm things down the manager got into a screaming match with the customer and wasn’t reasonable at all and stated the customers should actually be thankful they are even open.we are affiliated with other major banks and by far I’ve never even s... read more
