I purchased a Used 2020 Murano. I was told I needed to put down $500.00 to be put in the 2020 Murano. I have signed paperwork of the purchase with the $500 I was told needed down.. After two months I received a call from Suntrup asking me to return the car because I couldn't afford it and the bank didn't approve the car. I returned the car and was told I would be receiving my $500.00 back in a week. I'm wanting to know why I had to return my car? I want to know how I drove off car lot. *********, we are sorry that the car deal did not work out. Unfortunately, we have to send in all of the documents to the bank once we sign paperwork for them to verify all of the information. The bank looked at the pay check stubs and there were deductions that they took out of the income calculation. We can only go by the income you provide on the credit application and if the paycheck stubs look correct then we proceed with processing the paperwork. I found a 2019 Camry on their website that had all the features we needed and chatted with them online about it and setup an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I called and verified it had all the options we needed because we live a hour and 50 minutes away and they verified it did. We drove over there to find out that it in fact didn't have the listed options and they already knew this but was told it was just accidentally listed on their website. Suntrup Nissan is terrible. Told me selling price of car would be $7000 more than MSRP after MARKUP and **fees. Dont waste your time here.

Their customer services is a total joke . Suppose to get a rental car . Because a Truck I bought there that was a 2022 only had 3 months as totally quit running on me . So I have been left now for 2 days with out a way to get around and Nobody over there knows who the **** Im suppose to talk to about it . And getting return calls from any of them is a **** JOKE

Our service Director personally spoke to ************* as soon as he received a voice mail from her. Her vehicle would not start and she called Nissan Road Side Assistance. They sent 3 tow trucks to pick up her vehicle and because of the position of her vehicle in her parking lot. I engaged with the dealership via their website and subsequently received an email with a price for the vehicle I was interested in. When I attempted to secure the vehicle for that price, I was told the price was $4K higher than that quoted in the email ($3K above MSRP). I was offered excuses of "that's not us" and "those are marketing companies", etc. You are responsible for information that your agents send.
