Not very helpful. The website is lying when it says it’s not a hard credit hit. $4,000 down on a $8,000 car bc of a 566 credit score is crazy. They don’t want you to have a car if you’re making 48K a year even.
I was disappointed with the communication from this dealership. I made a reasonable cash offer on a vehicle and followed up by phone four separate times, speaking directly with the salesperson. Despite being told they would get back to me, I never received a clear response or counteroffer. I cannot say for certain why the dealership chose not to respond, but the lack of communication left me feeling that my cash offer was not being taken seriously. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased my vehicle over a month ago and was issued temporary tags. When I went to register the vehicle, I was unable to do so because the dealership did not have the proper documentation from the previous owner. This is something that should have been handled before the sale. As a result, I was placed in a rental vehicle for nearly a month while they attempted to resolve the issue. I purchased a vehicle from them last month. Then sold me the vehicle and didn't have the registration settled from the last owner. I waited over a month for them to finally get it and by that time my plates were expired. The gave me a rental in the meantime while I waited but then I asked them now that they have my paper work can I pick it up and get my plates and registration using the rental so I don't get a traffic violation.
