They rip you off on your trade in, claim you have a bumper to bumper warranty that comes with the car but charge you thousands of dollars for it, finance lies then wants you to lie for them and then the car breaks down right after you get it home!! I worked with Kenan and it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Definitely going to be my go to guy.
I traded my car in on Aug 18th, I signed a title release on that day for my Nissan versa. The finance company for that car is notifying me I need to update my insurance. I still don't have the total little for the car I came home in. When I call up to suntrup all I ever get is a voice mail. I really like the car I have. After I got home I realized it had been in an accident. I really wish they had disclosed this to me. I think the price should have been lowered due to this.
Dylan was just okay as a sales person, but he made it clear since COVID things are not the same. And the manager backed him up by telling him to tell us, “he would not negotiate the price on the used vehicle; if anything, he will go up on the price”. That answer is fine with us, however, we want to tell everyone that they may not want to go where their time and money may not be considered nor appreciated.
