I went in on Saturday to purchase a used vehicle and was treated kind till they knew I didn't want there deal, then their true colors came out and was treated rudely. Ian Williams at Suntrup VW: stellar service, professional, understanding & thorough in diagnostics. As a 1 car family the car is vital, our car had an emergency repair that made driving dangerous.Ian scheduled the car immediately for service while I was on the way to Suntrup. In less than 24 hrs an oil harness was installed, 2 new tires. This service department is the best in the city.
