Not a stand up company, One of their drivers hit our vehicle and admitted fault at the scene. Even said they will get it repaired in their shop. When he went to his boss they stated to deny it to the insurance as our fault. Glad we have video and that didn't work. Very shady way to do business. Imagine what else they will lie about. Thanks Eugene Busch & Dave Switzer. Insurance is reaching back out. Do better.
Not a great place.
Wow! Couldn’t have picked a better place to get my vehicle from! This is the 2nd one I’ve gotten from them. First I’d like to say I HIGHLY recommend Tayy! I was on a very strict schedule & he took care of things to make it happen. I live almost 2 hours out & was worth it!! Thanks again Tayy, now I get to drive my dream car!
if i could give them a 0 i would this is the worst i have ever been treated dealing with car problems. Kayley is so rude and disrespectful to Suntrup customers. She kept nagging me about things that had nothing to do with her (she was not helping me) and cutting off Hailey the girl that was helping me. Hailey was a lot more understanding and kind. My in-laws recently purchased a vehicle from Andy at the Hyundai store and they were so happy with his service. My father-in-law can be challenging at times and Andy handled it with the utmost patience and professionalism. We will definitely be purchasing from Andy again!!
