After having worked with all of the family members involved at Suntrek, I can say that they have exceeded all of my expectations as a homeowner. Not only were they efficient and timely but they also communicated every step of the way making sure I understood everything that was taking place. I would recommend Suntrek for any solar needs you might have.
Called to have a my Suntrek system checked out after high wind damage. Was told a rep would contact me about repair / replace. Never got a call back, never got an email back. Called them again, same thing all over again. Ended up just calling a different company. They sent someone out the next day.
Horrible experience with Suntrek. Zero communications among their own people. Scheduling has been worse than a nightmare. Not one promise kept. Canceling the contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
