The owner of the company comes across as very helpful and super nice. I really liked him. However, he does not take responsibility if something is not done right and when you question him on it he handles himself in a scary unprofessional manner. We had a basic job for him to do and not only was the job not done right but I have to deal with a broken sprinkler head that he attempted to fix.
