Damaged clothing. very bad customer service. They cleaned a very expensive pair of suit dress pants for me and they burnt the fabric with an iron. When I went to confront them about it, they were very defensive and refused to even listen to me. They said there is no way they damaged the pants that it must have happened at home. I dont even own an iron. They have terrible customer service and damage clothing and do not stand behind it. i do not recommend them at all! I filed a claim with the BBB.
